PolenMadrid is an informational website about pollen levels and allergies in the Community of Madrid. It does not constitute medical or health advice.
All website content (text, design, source code, logos, images) is the property of Color Vivo Internet, S.L. or is used under the corresponding license. Pollen data comes from the Community of Madrid under CC-BY 4.0 license.

The only personal data we collect is the email address, voluntarily provided when subscribing to pollen alerts.
The sole purpose of data processing is to send periodic reports (daily or weekly) with pollen levels, according to the frequency chosen by the user.
The legal basis for processing is the explicit consent of the user when subscribing (Art. 6.1.a GDPR). Users can withdraw their consent at any time.
You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability by writing to [email protected]. You may also file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
Data is retained while the subscription is active. Upon unsubscribing, all associated data is deleted.
No data is shared with third parties. Emails are sent from our own servers.
